This Privacy Policy explains how Cyber Infoware (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit cyberinfoware.com, purchase our NestJS multi-tenant SaaS boilerplates and microservice starter kits, request a consultation, or otherwise contact us.

We sell digital software products (source-code kits) and provide enterprise software engineering, AI consulting, and related services. For privacy questions, contact us at info@cyberinfoware.com.

Information you provide. When you check out, submit a contact form, or email us, we may collect your name, email address, message content, company name (if provided), GitHub username (for repository access after purchase), and any other details you choose to share.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive order and payment status details needed to fulfill your purchase (such as order id, amount, plan, and payment confirmation). We do not store full card numbers or UPI credentials on our servers — those are handled by Razorpay under their own policies.

Technical and usage data. Like most websites, we automatically collect limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring URL, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP. We may also use cookies and similar technologies as described below.

Communications. If you email us or open purchase/support messages we send, we retain that correspondence to fulfill orders, provide support, and improve our products and services.

We use personal information to fulfill purchases — deliver download links, license keys, and GitHub repository invitations for the NestJS Microservice Starter Kit, Multi-Tenant SaaS Boilerplate, and Enterprise SaaS Microservices Boilerplate.

We process payments and prevent fraud — confirm Razorpay transactions, detect abuse, and keep order records.

We respond to enquiries — answer contact-form messages, consultation requests, licensing questions, and support tickets.

We operate and improve the site — understand traffic, fix bugs, measure marketing performance, and improve content such as our blog and product pages.

We send transactional email — order confirmation, download instructions, GitHub access details, and responses you request. We do not sell your email list.

We comply with law — meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations where applicable.

Depending on your location, we process personal data on one or more of these bases: contract (to deliver a product or service you requested), legitimate interests (to secure and improve our site and business, in ways that do not override your rights), consent (where required for certain cookies or marketing), and legal obligation (where the law requires us to retain or disclose information).

Hosting and infrastructure providers — to run the website, database, and secure file delivery (including cloud storage for product downloads).

GitHub — when you provide a username so we can invite you to the private repository for your purchased kit.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users, or in connection with a business transfer (for example, merger or sale of assets), subject to appropriate safeguards.

Our service providers and infrastructure may process data in countries other than yours (including India, the United States, and other regions where our vendors operate). Where required, we take steps designed to protect personal data in line with applicable law.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above: order and license records for accounting and support, enquiry messages for a reasonable period to follow up, and analytics data according to each tool’s retention settings. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where practicable.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including HTTPS, access controls, and limiting staff access to order and support data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use a strong unique password for related accounts (email, GitHub) and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access related to a purchase.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to data portability. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise these rights, email info@cyberinfoware.com with enough detail for us to verify your request (for example, the email used at checkout). We may need to retain certain records where the law requires it (such as completed payment records).

If you are in the EEA/UK, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. If you are in India, you may also contact us regarding rights under applicable Indian data-protection rules as they apply to our processing.

Our products and services are aimed at developers, businesses, and professional buyers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Our site and product documentation may link to third-party sites (for example payment, GitHub, or documentation). Their privacy practices are their own. After you download a kit, any data you process in your deployments (customers, tenants, end users) is your responsibility under your own privacy and security policies — we are not the controller of that data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy. Material changes may also be highlighted on the website or by email where appropriate.
