Last updated: July 11, 2026 · NestJS Microservices Starter Kit

Important: You are buying a microservices infrastructure setup, not a complete shopping or SaaS application. The sample demo shows services working in action; you extend the platform for your own product and add services as needed.

1. What you are purchasing

The NestJS Microservices Starter Kit sold by Cyberinfoware is a microservices infrastructure starter kit — not a finished end-user application or a specific business product such as an ecommerce store.

You receive production-ready platform wiring: API gateway, authentication (Keycloak SSO), event-driven backend services, databases, observability, Docker/Kubernetes setup, CI/CD workflows, Terraform modules, and documentation.

The included sample shopping flow (customer storefront and manager console) exists only to demonstrate that integrations work end to end. You may replace, remove, or extend that sample with your own domain logic, frontends, and additional microservices for any application you choose to build.

2. Intended use

This kit is designed for developers, teams, agencies, and companies who want a proven NestJS microservices foundation to accelerate building their own SaaS products, internal tools, B2B platforms, or client projects.

You are free to adapt the architecture for any industry or use case. The seller makes no representation that the sample demo represents a complete product ready for public sale without further development.

3. Commercial license grant

Upon successful payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license to use the source code for unlimited personal and commercial projects, including work for clients.

You may modify the code, build proprietary products on top of it, and deploy private instances without additional per-project fees from the seller.

This is a one-time purchase license for the version delivered at the time of sale, including updates described on the product page for your purchased version.

4. License restrictions

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share the starter kit source code (or substantial portions of it) as a competing boilerplate, template, or starter kit.

You may not remove or obscure license notices included in the distributed source where provided.

You may not misrepresent the unmodified kit as your own original product for resale as a template or boilerplate.

Open-source dependencies bundled in the kit remain subject to their respective licenses.

5. Delivery & license key

After payment, you receive download access and/or repository access details by email. A license key is issued as proof of purchase and may be required for support.

Delivery is electronic. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and, if applicable, accurate GitHub account details for repository access.

6. No warranty

The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance.

You are responsible for evaluating the kit for your requirements, securing your deployments, and complying with laws applicable to your product and jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyberinfoware shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business arising from use of the kit.

The seller's total liability for any claim relating to the purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license.

8. Support & contact

Questions about licensing, delivery, or access may be directed to info@cyberinfoware.com.

By completing checkout, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and understand you are purchasing infrastructure source code, not a finished application product.
